【摘要】The compulsory education funds in China were keeping increasing. However, there still exists the shortage of compulsory education funds in many respects and regions. The author makes a quantitative analysis about the ingenerate major structures of Chinese compulsory education funds, and then compare with the foreign level. What's more, the author estimates the funds that supply the educational funds shortage in Midwest China by the standard of East China.And then the author make the policy analysis on foregoing basic and try to give suggestions to optimize the input structure of Chinese education funds.
