【摘要】This topic provides the reference frame in the plan design and organization pattern aspect in the future through the comparison research between input and output,the analysis of validity,scientific nature and economic efficiency from plan designing to implementing concerning the organization pattern of large-scale census,and the research of rationality,scientific nature,possibility and maneuverability concerning the plan of large-scale census.
