【摘要】This paper makes a study on mutual relations between the high－ tech enterprise and its environment on the basis of systems theory,and analyses the types and characteristics of mutual relations are analysed. It also points out that a high－ tech enterprise should put certain efforts on the environmental study, utilization,tranformation and develop itself under harmonious environment.
