【摘要】The accounting of fixed capital stocks is very important in balance sheet accounting.And it is also an unsolved lasting problem of governmental statistics of China.On the basis of relevant researching projects,the paper conducts estimation of state owned fixed capital stocks,and thereby constructs the foundation of the accounting of fixed capital stocks of the whole society.
