【摘要】The authors think that we need to improve the redesigning abilities of all level of local statistical institutions and support the regional institutions to adjust measures to local conditions to develop some innovative programs according to the needs of the regions while thinking of the whole needs of national statistical systematic and methodological reform.For example,we need to research to set down the united national system of indicators of evaluation and monitoring,the united statistical standards and methodology.We need to research the problems of statistical individuation work model to satisfy the needs of regional economical development.
