【摘要】Real estate price index is key market information for governments, real estate operators,consumers and economics researchers.By analyzing function orientation of real estate price index and frequent designing methods domestic and abroad,while considering the realities in China,this paper discusses appropriate designing method of real estate price index and also provides a framework.
