【摘要】According to the data released in A Bulletin on the Statistical Analysis of the Chinese Sci-Tech Papers ,this article makes a statistical analysis of the Chinese papers collected by SCI from 1990 to 1999,and challenges the rationality of the evaluation result of SCI .
